We are looking for volunteers
We are building a team of volunteers to help people who suffer online shaming, doxxing and threats. It is a voluntary, unpaid commitment: even a few hours a month make a difference.
Who we need
- Volunteer lawyers and trainee lawyers
- Criminal law, privacy and defamation in Italy and Switzerland: guiding victims, helping to prepare complaints and coordinating linked complaints.
- Volunteer IT and security experts
- Helping victims to keep evidence properly and to protect accounts, phones and websites.
- Volunteer psychologists and listening volunteers
- First listening and guidance towards support services.
How we work
- We are volunteers: nobody is paid and nobody pays to receive help.
- We do not identify people ourselves and we do not publish names: identities are established by the authorities.
- We do not carry out attacks, retaliation or actions against anyone.
- We handle victims’ data confidentially and only to help them.
- We work with associations, lawyers and law enforcement.
How to apply as a volunteer
Write to us at this address stating your skills, languages and how many hours a month you can give. Before giving you access to the reports, we will ask for a short interview.
